I am very disappointed. I absolutely fell in love with this item and I ordered it. It arrived smelling like mildew and the zipper stuck. I contacted the company and although they asked for pictures, it is very hard to send pictures of a stuck zipper and an item that has a mildew smell. I have yet to hear back from them about a resolution of this.
