Awful product and awful customer service

For £360 I genuinely expected a premium quality product and proper customer service, but this was one of the worst aftermarket parts I’ve purchased. The grille looked and felt extremely cheap in person. The finish was rough, the overall quality did not match the photos or pricing at all, and it honestly felt like a low-cost generic grille being resold at a massive markup. I contacted Aero Carbon almost 3 weeks ago with photos asking to return the item and arrange a refund. Since then I’ve had no proper response, no refund, and no resolution whatsoever. Paying this kind of money for a product is one thing, but completely ignoring customers afterwards is unacceptable. Would not recommend based on both the product quality and the after-sales support.
