After about ten years of use our ottoman bed started to come down slowly instead of staying up which by any standard is very dangerous and therfore l started to find out the problem which was one damper in need of replacement. I saw the replacement gas spring damper struts made an order which was delivered in approximately three days.l have replaced the faulty part and the bed is as good as new.
