Excellent Jacket

I have to say the cut and the finish of the jacket is second to none. I had been put off previously by the price/wait despite regular visits to the website for about 6 years. Seeing the colour and size I wanted was still in stock a month before release I finally bit the bullet. An excellent decision, I was so happy with it that 3 days later I ordered my second one. Should’ve done it years ago! I can even say the customer service is second to none. After a small issue, Izzy was incredible fast and understanding and resolved matters in exactly the way any consumer would hope for. I have a feeling jacket number 3 may be getting ordered before long…

Not convinced!

Already owning a Frahm jacket and totally loving it and still loving it, I had high expectations for this one. I ordered the same size as my first jacket as it was a perfect fit, however the jacket was a tad large to it was returned. No issue there really, easy to arrange and promptly replaced. The new jacket was a good fit, however one of the waist studs was missing, so I it was returned. This time it didn’t work out so smoothly with little notification or undated, I needed to keep prompting. So I have the new one now and I’m reasonably happy with it, although there are a few downsides. The zips snag and do not travel smoothly. I would have preferred straight cut sleeves. And the material I find a little on the greasy side. Would I buy again? No. Will I wear it? Yes. I’m hoping with washing it may improve. Sorry!

Nice jacket, great fit, but one serious design flaw.

The style and fit of the jacket is spot on. I wanted an everyday jacket for the typical British weather and this is just right for that. Not a big fan of the colourful lining, but I wanted a lined jacket so I knew what I was doing when I selected that option. An option for a plain lining would have been nice though. Not a fan either of the large patch that identfies this as a 2026 edition jacket. The size and color is just not necessary, too much shouting about the brand it feels. These are minor gripes though, as these are not on normal view when wearing. The big issue is that the zippered internal breast pocket is too small. I don't have a large phone, not by today's standards, but the pocket is too small to accomodate. Not having the security of a zippered pocket large enough to keep a mobile phone is, is to my mind quite a major design flaw, and one that was unnecessary. I can accept that the exterior pocket might need to be kept small for aesthetics, but that's just not the case for the breast pocket. A great shame really. It means that instead of this being my go-to everyday jacket, it's a jacket that I only go for when I have other means to keep my phone secured. It also means I probably wouldn't consider Frahm for any further jacket purchases.
