First time buyer review.Very happy with the purchase, the quality of the jacket substantially exceeded my expectations.TBH it is fantastic.Very happy buyer.

Unlined Harrington - High Quality and Does Not Dissapoint

I'm a very tall guy and I struggle to find tall size jackets and coats that are made from quality materials. I decided to take a leap of faith and buy the FRAHM unlined Harrington jacket and I sure am glad I did. I've worn it every day since it arrived. It feels great, makes me look great, and I love it so much I've pre-ordered a quilted version to wear when it's a bit colder during the New England fall and winter.

Very nice jacket, but lacks QC

Jacket is great, fits well, seems well made. The reason this is 3 stars and not 5 is that the FRAHM patch on the shoulder didn't undergo any observable quality control and was sewn onto the shoulder at an angle. Frahm offered to pay to have it fixed locally, but the local tailor botched the job, damaging the patch in the process. I'm now left with a $600+ jacket with a messed up brand badge on the shoulder and a whole lot of hassle that I shouldn't have had to put up with in the first place. While I applaud Frahm for offering to pay for a fix, and they're not responsible for the local tailor's lack of skill, the fact remains that I was put in a situation of owning an expensive jacket that required extra time and expenses that I shouldn't have had to put up with in the first place. They did reimburse me for the botched repair, but did not offer to mail me a new shoulder badge to have a (different) local tailor sew on. All in all, quite disappointed with the situation. Buyer beware if you're not in the UK and can't return the jacket to Frahm easily for repairs.
