Chic Summer Dress

Every so often Ruti absolutely nails it with a dress - the silhouette, fabric, fit, color - something timeless but unique . This is one of those dresses. I’m curvy and short, (usually US 12/14 and 34F) and the size medium fits perfect. The fabric is lightweight and there’s no liner in the skirt so in the right light the skirt is semi sheer. Easily solved with a slip or modest undergarments.
