SSP Multipurpose (78mm, Red Speed) Flat Burrs for Sculptor 078s

Beautiful burr, and very fortunately, my Timemore Sculptor 078S is very well aligned on both the fixed burr mount and the burr carrier, so I don’t need to shim the burr before using it. The flavour is definitely the next level when comparing with the 078s burr. The coffee shown very string acidity when I first used it. But it turned out just because the burrs weren’t pre-seasoned, after 2kg seasoning beans, and some further burr alignment, now the taste became some enjoyable - very sweet tea like taste, that’s exactly what I expected. One takeaway, the seasoning is even more important than burr alignment, it will change the coffee from the burr completely.
