I was very satisfied with the fast free delivery. The watch itself was very good quality for the price. The only issue was the customer service after the purchase. I had purchase a GMT watch and I thought I was having trouble with it but it turns out that I was reading wrong. I tried contacting the company and no one got back to me. I felt like once the sale was complete the service goes away.

Everything about he watch is beautiful ! I would have given 5 stars if not for the fact that I can’t remove band links to fit my wrist . I have not been able to remove the screws .
