Seaside Dawn – Paint by Numbers

When I placed my order I did not realise it was being shipped from China and it took ages to arrive. It is a lot more intricate than I imagined an I'm unsure which of the brushes to begin with and how to proceed. Do I start at the top and work down, or the bottom and work up? There does not seem to be enough paint, but time will tell. I haven't started yet - a bit overwhelming.
