Salted Caramel Sugar Pearls

These pearls complement my shortbread better than the original sprinkles that I also use in my baking. They supplement the Bling salted caramel sugar, which is the main ingredient, brilliantly. I use two different types of salted caramel ingredients in my shortbread, but the original (different manufacturer) one wasn't available when I needed to re-stock. I looked to Bling for an alternative, and these pearls not only do the job, all of my "tasters" prefer them, which is great, because I love them, too! Well done yet again, Bling!
