Great service

Very pleased with my purchases. However one item was missing called up Ollie who give exceptional customer service and sorted out the missing item and this was received very quickly. Items were of good quality. I have already repurchased from Black Barn. So recommend them

not so good service

We ordered upholstery twine. What was delivered was not a ball of string as pictured on the order but a length wrapped round a cardboard former. It didn't appear so I phoned to ask what had happened. They said it was out of stock but then it arrived immediately. I think it was just a slip up that they didn't own up to.
