My Heart Broke

My husband has ordered jewelry for me here before, but 1 month after I wore this red bow ring, one of the hearts that made the bow was missing. He ordered me this for my birthday. I still have the ring, but can't wear it with one of the hearts missing. Each heart represented us. We haven't ordered since then which has been 2 years.
