Beautiful ring, sent wrong size

I gave this ring to my granddaughter for Christmas as she just had her 1st baby. She loved the ring. There was only one problem...the wrong size was sent. I ordered an 8, the bag said 8, but it was a size 7. I know this because I ordered another size 8 ring for my other granddaughter and it fit perfectly and the size difference was obvious. Other than that thee ring was perfect.

My daughter has wanted something signifying our bond but she also has a child so it has double meaning for her and is in love with it! Says it’s perfect!!
