Sterling Silver Wave Ring

Terrible experience

I ordered a ring for my disabled friends birthday. She went through a major surgery and can't walk right now, or hardly leave the house. I ordered a very specific ring with a sentimental meaning...well, they sent the wrong ring completely and refuse to send the correct one with our the old one returned. My friend can't even leave the house! How can I ask her to do that...? I begged them to make it right and they refuse. Terrible experience. Photo attached is what was sent. She was supposed to have the wave ring. (S)

Very cheap, poor quality

It reminds me of something you get out of a gumball machine. I use to love the ring from dreamland but now they are costume jewelry at best
