Great quality product! Although there was a slight delay in delivery, as soon as I contacted Irish Apothecary they dealt with the issue efficiently and sent out a replacement product immediately.

Not yet received

Im very surprised to receive this email to ask for feedback when I have uet to receive any of the products ordered. I asked last week when my order would be fulfilled and after advising that you were hoping to receive the missing item by the next day l have failed to receive any further updates. Very frustrating. I also advised that I would appreciate if the arthritis oil could be forwarded as I am in pain, again, no correspondence. Very poor customer service. I try to shop local (in fact you are just an hour from me!) but I do feel very disappointed with the service.

Order has not been fulfilled / received

I have not received my order as you claim there is a problem with supply of stock - I received an email to this effect.. I await order.
