Exactly as described, however edges of exterior surfaces are rough to the touch and snag fabrics. Also CZ's, in my opinion, are dull cloudy-grey without a direcet light source (perhaps they need more angled/faceted cuts or are picking up the satin finish and tone of the titanium surrounding them.)
