Plaud Note

This was my first dedicated-AI device purchase, and it's been a game-changer. Prior to buying this, there were a handful of important meetings that I thought were being recorded/transcribed, but they weren't. I decided to take matters into my own hands and purchase a Plaud Note so I'd have more control over the meeting recordings. I'm not even a month in yet and it's already saved me a few times. If anything ever happened to it, I'd buy another one without hesitation. Love it.

Great form factor and experience. Notes it generates are pretty high quality. Main issue is really ensuring to follow recording laws of the state.

Instrumental in Quality Control

I was resistant to implementing this into our sales system primarily because I thought it would be difficult to do. For quality control, I had our sales manager record meetings and I would periodically listen - which was painful and honestly rarely happened due to the time commitment necessary. A friend recommended Plaud and explained the implementation of the templates to help ensure the sales manager adhered to the process and also provide helpful feedback. I was blown away after seeing the template in action and how easy it was to implement. I have since purchased two more units and plan to implement different templates based on position to help better provide helpful quality control. This has been a game changer.
