Lovey ring. Just as expected. I'll not be buying from these folks again though. Ring still isn't fitting right after my one free resize. Although it's sized true to a traditional ring size the rolling nature let's it slip off with a sharp movement. By free exchange I mean costing me shipping + insurance and custom fees x 2 = ~ $170CAD) If I were to resize it again they will charge a 'restocking' fee of %20 of the rings cost in addition to those other fees I mentioned. So to resize again Id be spending close to the full cost of the ring and over that if I included both resizing shipping costs. This is rapidly approaching the cost of a custom made ring locally after one resizing. It would exceed that cost after two. Probably not the experience your looking for in buying a piece of jewelry. That said the site is reliable, responses to emails were fast and helpful, delivery was reasonable and the ring is as expected. My advice is that for rolling style rings, order smaller than your traditional ring size (by at least a half size) else the slippery nature of this beautiful design could lead to a disappointing loss. Happy with my purchase; worth 5 stars. Though I still need to have it resized by my local jeweler.
