Ok, fragrance is as expected as I have had it previously so I am aware of the scent. I was reluctant and also nervous after placing my order and after reading the low reviews as this was myn1st order with them. Shipping was slower than some other companies but arrived, the atomizer seems to work well, and the fragrance is labeled clearly, nothing leaked. Cannot speak on their communication at this time.
