Overall pleased

Nice and fast, external drive went from 5600mbps down to 4200mbps using the hub with 2 monitors also plugged in, so I would expect that. The only down side as I've seen as others also complain, it's really annoying having to use one of the ports for ethernet, there should have been a dedicated ethernet port and not waste a thunderbolt 5 port

Premium priced product. The manual needs to be improved! was it written by somebody who couldn't get a job at Ikea? Only 1 port at the rear functions as input from the MacBook. I had thought it was for the screen connection, and nearly returned the device as no-functional
