CA swimmer here. No indoor pools for us! So, while it's pretty warm here compared to what everyone is dealing with in the rest of the country, it does get chilly at night, especially after swim practice so this is GREAT to wrap up in after rinsing off until I can get off the deck and out to the car. Also great for after early surf sessions.
