Aelia 16cm bowl Stoneware

I ordered an 8 place dinner service early December. The delivery was fast, the quality was great. Unfortunately one of the bowls was chipped in transit. I was hoping for a replacement before Christmas. That didn’t happen, but I do understand this time of year is challenging. Initially the communication was great and I was promised a delivery pre Christmas. That didn’t happen. Today I received a replacement bowl. I’m grateful. Who knows if it was problems with staffing problems or delivery problems. Ultimately I would recommend this company.
