beautiful but slightly uncomfortable

The shoes are beautiful, let's start with that. The material feels at least partly like a sort of cloth, so I am not sure how easy they are to clean if they get some stains. My greatest grievance with them though is that they hurt my ankles because of the raised back of the heel side. It's the second time I wear them, so not sure if this will change in the future, but for the time being I need to wear bandages on both sides of my ankles so they don't hurt too much.
