This is a beautiful jacket. The ink Harris Tweed is somewhere between navy and black, and nep texture with two shades of blue, red, white (aka flake) and yellow adds great texture: no one else will be wearing something like this. Different from my other shackets: the cuffs are finished, pleated, and have two horn buttons. The sleeves are lined. The shoulders fit perfectly. The front buttons comfortably, and the buttons are hidden beneath a placket. You will look great, feel confident, and be very happy with your purchase. Easily a three-season jacket. Over the past six years I have bought a half dozen PWVC outerwear items: a beautiful fine wool (loro piana?) shacket, a ventile raincoat, ventile Harrington, navy franglais shacket, shearling collar car coat. Everything has fit me perfectly (6', 210# 17/35). I watch the sales pretty closely and am highly selective about what I buy. I have never been disappointed, and everything I have worn has drawn flattering compliments. Thank you, Private White VC!

An absolute gem. The cut is modern even as the fabric feels deliciously traditional. The flecks are minimalistic and the blue color is dark and rich. It fits true to size. An underrated gem on the pwvc website. My third purchase from them and my absolute favourite.

Excellent quality, as always. This particular jacket fits true to size, is quite warm for its build, and has a very interesting weave.
