Bootara Women's FrostKiss Long Boots - Bow Detail Plush Lined Snow Boots (US 4-11)

They look absolutely amazing but the whole entire sole of the boot has caved in and it feels like im walking on a slant. I have serious foot problems and they make it difficult to wear these boots. I absolutely LOVE them and I get compliments on them when i wear them but they are extremely uncomfortable. Really disappointed, not sure if i will ever buy more shoes/boots with this company. Im afraid of the same thing happening again.

Had a problem with the zipper getting stuck in the cotton in the inside of the boot. The boots are true to size and Beautiful! Im only giving a four star because of the zipper.
