Great Product, Poor Shop

The mushrooms themselves are excellent, and I am very happy with the product. Unfortunately, the shopping experience was disappointing. My order clearly showed my home address as the delivery address. Nevertheless, the parcel was redirected to a DHL pickup point in another town without my knowledge or consent. I never requested delivery to a pickup location. To make matters worse, DHL customer service could not even identify the tracking number when I called them. I contacted Svamphuset by email immediately, but I did not receive a reply before the parcel had to be collected. In the end, I was only able to receive my order because someone I know happened to travel to that town every day and was able to collect it for me. Otherwise, the parcel would most likely have been returned, despite the fact that I had provided a valid home address. The product deserves 5 stars, but the shipping experience and customer service unfortunately do not.

Roligt och gott

Roliga och härligt att skörda egen svamp. Provat ett par gånger tidigare men nu länge sedan. Hoppas det lyckas även denna gång. Upplever dock att huset (kartongen) är mindre än tidigare och att det blir lite trångt.

Snabbt och smidigt, skickades till min mamma som mors dags present. Har själv haft tre svamphus tidigare och varit så nöjd.
