Putting 1 star because of the following reasons. Ordered 1st pair,arrived didn't fit,sent back for size down , didn't suit me,then tried to return via portal and was being charged full price for a new item. When I shouldn't have. Tried emailing numerous times. Got 1 reply acknowledging I shouldn't be paying full price just the price difference from new item. So with no actual response on how to exchange these I ended up sending them back for £0 with a note inside explaining everything in the hope that they fulfill the response. Customer service is NOT the best a legend London if I'm being honest. Could have more response in a reasonable time. Or a phone number to actually speak to someone
