Grass-Fed Skirt Steak

The quality of the meat is great but they need to work on keeping it completely frozen when shipping to hot areas. The last shipment had half frozen and half defrosted meat in it.

Skirt steak needs to be marinated and usually cooked on grill. I pan cooked it, it was tender n good just like ALL Grassroots meats. They care about what we eat and what they sell. And the animals they care for.. So glad I met this company

Skirt Steak

This is the first time I used the skirt steak, it was very tender, a little fatty, but very good. I was using a Korean barbecue recipe for hang steak, instead of skirt steak, but it was delicious.
