Towel Changing Robe & Quick Dry Travel Towel Bundle

Incorrect order sent

I ordered one towel and robe, I received my towel and robe without the requested personalisation and I received someone else’s order of two robes. I did the right thing and emailed them about the other customers order, even went to the post office and returned the customer’s order to the company at my own expense. This is now two weeks ago. I expected at least an email apologising but I have received nothing. I hope the other customer received her order, she’s the only reason I went to all the effort. The product itself is lovely, the customer service has room for improvement.

Still waiting for half my order

I ordered two towel and robe bundles which should have come with an extra towel. I waited for the robes to come back in stock, but had to change the towel colours as the original colours were out of stock by the time the robes were restocked. Despite several requests to send the towels, I'm still waiting and have not received any reply to my last email chasing them, sent 3 days ago..

Lovely products, Robe - shame store logo is so big and placed where it is looks bigger than my own personlised name. Quick drying towel - is long feels good not as wide as i would like. I would recommend both these products, price was very good.
