This pillow helps my hips to stay aligned while I sleep so that they don’t hurt during the day. I thought I would need supplements and possibly surgery. I’m so glad that I tried this pillow first.

This keeps my legs straight and aligned throughout the night. I’m a side sleeper so I don’t twist at my waist during the night. I wake up in the morning without lower back pain! Plus it’s not big, bulky, and uncomfortable so you sleep comfortably!! So glad I ordered two to rotate when one is in the laundry 👍
