Disappointing returns

Ordered one bra in one size and got offered pack of 2 for special discount so ordered in different size to check sizing. Tried to return the 2 pack for change but system wouldn't let me. Had to contact customer services twice to arrange return and got told return not possible as discontinued item dispute them selling them individually on their website. Finally, after I complained, got told to not bother returning them and they'd send another size out to me. So disappointed about this careless throw away policy. Items went to a friend but really companies need to do better.

I have a few of these bras, and they are superb. Comfortable, the fit is perfect. I don't know I'm wearing a bra after a while. No digging in. Brilliant. Can highly recommend. One downer is that sometimes the order can take a while to arrive.
