I am 6 feet tall and about 230 lbs and ordered an US/EU XL (Asian 2XL) and the fit is good. My midsection is too fat for me to close the jacket comfortably but that's on me. I think it's a slim cut which is great because a regular cut would be too roomy at this size. The materials, seams, and embroidery are all good quality. I was most afraid that any of the three would be poor quality but I was happily surprised and relieved.
