I have a few of the ice packs that go around your head like a beanie. This is a step better because you can put the fabric up so you can see while using the cap. Genius!

Sewing is poor. Packaging is over the top to be just thrown right in the garbage. Item is connected and sewn right in the eye location with overlap in focus point. Item seems too cold for any comfort or healing. Gives brain freeze feeling rather than calming effect. Id pass and just use my first aid packs. Too small of size for adult male head. Not something id buy again. Marketing hype got me.
