Argus - Waterproof jacket

I took screen shots of conversations with the customer service. Not very good customer service skills. Item took literally two weeks to receive. I bought two pieces. The second piece i bought a week later got to me in 7 days. They fumbled that one by delaying the shipping process from friday to tuesday after creating the shipping label on friday. They couldn’t get it to the shipping for 2 business days. Seems inefficient. Now the clothing. It may say waterproof but i beg to differ. The fitting guide chart, you probably will have to go down a size for the correct fit. I wont send send my items back because i fear they will claim they didn’t receive the package or i wont get the item back since i am dealing with this incompetent overseas company. Great material, no inside pockets for a cell phone, does not have a snap for hood attachment. I am typically a medium and thought the arm room is slightly tight, but i thjnk the large will be to big in the arm length

Really nice jacket, was concerned it would be more of an “off course” piece but it’s really comfortable to wear when playing and looks great to wear casually as well.
