Great watch and customer service

The watch is amazing especially for the price. I sadly had to return mine as there was an issue with the mechanism which unfortunately can happen with any watch. But Vincent from customer support was great. He offered me a refund/replacemen and it always felt like he was trying to do best for the customer. It took a few weeks to sort it out which is understandable with a smaller company, but I received my replacement watch and I love it. One of the better customer service experiences.

Beauty beyond words! True quality at a reasonable price

I recently received my Seagull watch and all I can say is WOW, it’s stunning and beautiful the quality and finish are on par with any of the high horology brands for a very reasonable priced watch. I would highly recommend Seagull watches to all. Also the customer service is amazing! I had a question and concern and Vincent went above and beyond to take care of me. Bravo! I will be back for more Seagull watches in the future!
