The scent of the “sensual balm” is so awful I’ve not been able to use it. I couldn’t cancel after the 1st shipment and had to wait for a second shipment. I e requested a refund since the balm is quite expensive and useless. No response.

Customer service is very bad, they don’t respond and when they do, they transfer you to another teammate and no response..
