Absolute scam energy. Bag showed up defective straight out of the box, lining doesn't even cover the base, leather already creasing and warping because of it. Emailed them with video proof, dead silence. Followed up three times over more than a week, not one single reply, not even a "we're looking into it." Zero customer service, zero accountability, they just vanish the second something's wrong with their product. On top of that if you're outside the EU get ready to eat a customs bill they don't warn you about either. Don't waste your money on this, if you get a defective item you're completely on your own.
