ComMarker Omni XE UV Laser Engraver

The laser does as expected, great machine, but my review is for the customer service. I had an issue with the data port in my laser, ComMarker quoted me $400.00 for a new motherboard. After communicating with support about ordering a new motherboard, ComMarker sent me an email later that night stating that they were shipping me a new motherboard and usb cable free of charge! Ladies and Gentlemen, that IS customer service, they didn’t have to send it to me for free, they chose to send it for free. 5 stars from me for outstanding customer support!! Thank you ComMarker!!
