I’ve only been using the red blue blockers for about a week My sleep habits have vastly changed . I start yawning about eight 830 sometimes sleep till 130 or three. Love getting up for sunrise and being consciously outside for sunset. My sister says give it three months so I’m going to so far it’s pretty impressive how affected you are by blocking the blue light

Migraine Relief & Easy to Use

Love these so much. I started using and for the past 2 weeks I’ve only had one migraine (I usually have 5-6 a week) I also am sleeping better it’s amazing!!!! Also they’re so easy to slip right on my glasses. Love them!!!

Perfect fit

These clip-ons match the shape of my glasses so well people think I’m wearing tinted glasses. These clip-ons are easy to instal and remove. Using one dust case makes for easy swap so I tend to use one or the other on all the time. The dust cases have a thin curved profile that fits well in my pocket.
