Why modular systems are better

I own the tank 20 gallon 240v CH system and have beat the heck out of it during my 5 years of ownership. Countless batches with seldom a hiccup. Being able to shoot off an email and receiving a direct link to the part that I need, virtually overnight is invaluable. Having a modular brew rig that basically never fails is priceless. As always, fantastic product and customer service fellas.
