Wild Red Grouper and scallop

The wild red grouper was very fishy, not that fresh because normally fresh fish don‘t have that fishy smell. I brought the sea scallop all the time, but this time the scallop seems a little different than the past. I like the previous one, this one are harder and don’t have the scallop taste. Maybe from another supplier, hope I can have the previous one next time if I reorder.

Tasty Red Snapper!

I just love the texture and sweet taste of this red snapper. This fish is so versatile -- you can prepare it many different ways. My favorite is blackened in a cast iron skillet. Highly recommended.

Convenient and delicious
