Wild American Red Snapper

It’s real red snapper!

It’s fairly difficult to find real red snapper on the west coast. Everywhere called confirmed that they had red snapper in stock, but when I arrived, it turned out to be just about anything except red snapper. Sizzlefish has been great and their snapper is even better. The skin on preparation is nice in that it’s one more piece of evidence that I’m getting the fish I hoped for.

Red Snapper

Had a piece of the Red Snapper this weekend and the fish was fresh but the blood line was very thick and should have been cut out before packaging and freezing.
