Madeleine Strapless Maxi Dress

I would need so many alterations to make this dress wearable it would cost just as much if not more than when I purchased it. The seam near the tail bone looks like a large lump of fabric.... no wonder this item is a non refund purchase. I would 100% not recommend. Also, I got the scarf to match and it is like 7 feet long on both sides and would need major alterations.
