Could have been more contrast in the shade to make it pop more but overall Im impressed

I like the banner and the meaning behind the phrase. However, in normal lighting, natural/artificial, the silhouettes of the two operators is extremely hard to see. So the banner just looks like it has some white dots and a vertical white line with the phrasing. Its wasn't until I held it in front of some indirect back lighting that the silhouettes started to reveal themselves. My son still likes it, just wasn't what I was expecting. The pictures on the website make it appear that the operators are much mich more visible in normal lighting.
