I love this piece. It’s adorable and will go great in my office. But one of the most frustrating online shopping experiences I’ve had. After waiting over a month with little communication, I wasn’t even notified when my package was ready for pickup, was hit with unexpected customs fees, and received more review requests than actual order updates. I love the mission behind the brand, but unfortunately the customer experience means I won’t be ordering again.

I’ve been looking at this one for a long time and finally ordered. Did not regret - even better in person

Everything came quickly and was packaged well. It looks exactly like I thought it would. Lovely and well done framing. It was a gift and the recipient loved it.
