Silver Spur: Hand Braided Snaffle Bridle

I ordered a bridle which I had to contact them twice to receive. When it arrived, it was the wrong size. I sent it back to them, requesting a replacement. E-mailed them. Have heard absolutely nothing, and it's been a month since the return/e-mail.
