She is quick to respond, kind, and definitely knows her craft as she is great at giving advice to ensure the veil fits well with the dress and the person wearing it! I had zero worries after emailing with her and knew that she would make a beautiful veil. After receiving the veil I was not disappointed, it was amazing and everything I had hoped for.
