Fit fine at the waist but the pants were way too long and much more like a flared bell bottom than a boot cut. disappointed to say the least but I had already cut off the tags and thrown away paper work. I've had other HUE items that fit perfectly so wasn't anticipating this when I opened them. So these will get donated to charity
