Getting the feel of a new putter, how to read the greens and what sort of “touch” the putter requires. I really like the way the heft, balance and feel of the ball coming off the face of the putter.

Like your product, after a 24 year hiatus from golf I took up the game to play with my son. As you would expect my woods were very outdated, after researching drivers appropriate for my age, I purchased a Tour Edge driver, not directly from Tour Edge. Loved it and then bought a hybrid, from the same source. Experience with them was excellent, next up was a putter, which I purchased directly from you. This experience wasn’t great, despite confirmation of purchase, the item became out of stock prior to shipping, and attempts with customer service took longer then expected. Based on my product experience I was considering replacing my very old irons with yours, but this experience has me reconsidering this decision.
