ComMarker Omni X UV Laser Engraver

So let's get right to it. The ComMarker Omni X 5 Watt UV Laser Engraving Machine is hands down one of the best pieces of equipment in the industry. It does absolutely everything that it says it does, and more. I won't bore you with the obvious materials that it engraves effortlessly on. What I want to share with you is it's ability to do Subsurface Engraving using the 150mm Field Lense. I accidentally forgot to switch lenses and engraved a 50*50*100 crystal using the 150mm Field Lense. The engraving was flawless with the exception of the height of the crystal. I found that you can absolutely use the 150mm Field Lense, as long as you lift the cube about .75in off the platform to compensate for the rise of the Z axis. I have created some stunning Subsurface Engraving using ComMarker Omni X 5 Watt UV Laser and Cockpit3D, utilizing the 150mm Field Lense. The only obvious drawback is the amount of time it takes to finish the project. Get creative and think outside of the box with The ComMarker Omni X 5 Watt UV Laser

Such a cool laser. Really does a great job and ultra detailed. Doing work in crystal is very cool. Doing leather is fun again because it doesn’t smell as bad with the uv laser. The uv laser and the fiber laser make a great pair.
