I purchased the chocolate truffle. The flavor is like a milk shake ! It mixes as smooth as silk ! It does not disagree with my GI system one bit ! I highly recommend for any lactose/ whey intolerance. It's incredible !

I used to use muscle milk, but when I realized how much sugar and calories were in it, went on a search for a new protein powder that was just as good with fewer calories, carbs and sugar. A friend recommended iconic, and I love the taste and it has significantly better nutritional value
